Shipping policy

We will usually dispatch your order within 48 hours of it being placed on our website. Orders for “Made to order” or “Stitched” items will be shipped as specified on the relevant product page.

Pre-booked orders will usually be shipped on or just before the launch date of the collection. Orders placed during restock will be shipped as per the date mentioned on the product page.

We use PostEx as our primary courier to deliver orders within Pakistan. Once your order is shipped you will receive all the tracking information from us by email, which you can use to track your order. You can track your order by logging into your account on the website or by contacting us. You can also track your order on PostEx’s website: https://postex.pk/tracking.

Once your order is dispatched, it takes 3-4 working days for your order to be delivered anywhere in Pakistan. Delivery times within Pakistan vary depending on the city and availability of the consignee. For all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will need to pay the rider first before getting the shipment.
